What ages do you see?
While I specialize in adolescent and young adult care, I will work with people of ages who need support! I know it is hard to find care as you age out of various systems and I want to help close the gap.
How are appointments set up?
Initial appointments can be scheduled by emailing solunatherapycollective@gmail.com. Ongoing appointments will be scheduled through the patient portal.
What is the cancellation policy?
I request at least 24 hours notice of cancellation and reserve the right to charge 50% of session fees for less than 24 hours notice.
What forms of payment are accepted?
I accept all major credit cards, FSA, HSA, debit cards, and checks (made out to Soluna Therapy Collective LLC). I can also accept ACH payments via invoice with a 3% convenience fee.
I am currently an out-of-network provider, however you may be eligible to recieve partial reimbursement for therapy services by submitting the reciept ("Superbill"), which I will provide following each service. Safe and Sound, consultation, and teaching are not eligible for a Superbill.
Being an out of network provider allows us the flexibility to address goals that are personalized to your specific needs and maintains confidentiality by not having to disclose private medical information to your insurance company.
